Selling Memberships

Method 1 - Add 1 Membership at a time. This method is a slower process than method 2 when you are adding memberships for more than one guest.

1. Pull up the account and then select the Add Membership button next to the guest that you want to add a membership to.

2. From the pop up window, select a membership from the list of available options.

 

3. You can modify the quantity and also change the quantity of comped (free) memberships, if any.  Then click Send to Check Out.

 

4. Once in the Check Out tab and everything looks good, click Payment.

5. Select the guest that is responsible for the payment and click Yes.

 

6. Select whether or not to print or email the receipt.

 

7. Now that you've added new memberships to the guest or the account, you should be able to see them listed next to the assigned guest or in the account perks tab. 

Method 2 - Fast Load Membership

1. After pulling up the account, click the Fast Load Membership button.

 

2. Click once on the membership that you want to add and it will be sent to the table at the bottom. To add multiple memberships to the table, click the membership more than once. Simply changing the quantity will give the same guest multiple of the same membership, which is often not the desired result with guest memberships. From this screen, you can add both guest memberships for multiple guests and account memberships.

 

3.  If you've added a guest membership you'll have to select the guest from the dropdown to whom you want to add the membership before sending to cart. If desired, you can change the effective start date of the membership and the quantity comped and then click Send to Check Out.

 

4. You can continue modifying the memberships on the checkout screen. You can also comp all of the memberships at once or delete memberships from the cart.  Click Payment if everything looks accurate.

 

5. Select the guest that is responsible for the payment and click Yes.

 

6. Select whether or not to print or email the receipt.

 

7. Now that you've added new memberships to the guest or the account, you should be able to see them listed next to the assigned guest or in the account perks tab.
