When selling inventory products from a register, you'll want to be sure it's pulling the stock from the correct inventory site. To learn how to assign a register to an inventory site, follow these steps:
1. Go to Register Management on the sidebar menu and click on the Registers tab along the top. Then click on the Registers subtab.
2. Open the register you want to assign. There you'll find a dropdown list of Inventory sites. Select the one from the list from where this register should pull inventory stock. If you don't see any options in the dropdown, you'll have to create an inventory site.
3. Click Save Changes. Now when you sell products from this register, the inventory will be tracked from the correct inventory site.
